Why is Incus different?

What is the trial?

14 days, to try us out. No obligation from you, and total commitment from us. You have nothing to lose.

How do you price things?

We do not want to rush your callers, so we charge by the call, not by the minute. We only charge for calls that are over 15 seconds long.

Mid-month we will advise your call usage so far, so there are no surprises when invoice time comes.

What are the contract terms?

You can terminate at any time, we just need 30 days’ notice.

Incus operate seven days a week, 24 hours a day

30 days. We offer a 30 day rolling contract, and you are free to change your plan (up or down to suit your trading season), or you may terminate with us, with no exit fee.

When we generate your account with us, one of the questions will be “how would you like your messages?” Most clients prefer them to be sent to a specific email address, but if you would like your new business callers to be directed to a specific team at your business, we can send it to a variety of email addresses that suit you. 

We can determine the logic to make sure the right message get sent to the right department in the right manner. 

We can also send messages via SMS.

Either call or email us, and we will go through the 4 simple steps that we need to sign you up, these are: 

  1.  Understand your business and how you would like us to work with you 
  2. Complete an electronic sign up form, which confirms the T&Cs and the package you have signed up for
  3. Set up your calling instructions for the Incus team, carry out some test calls 
  4. Agree the testing meets your standard, and then go live
