Like everything else we do at Incus, the test drive process is simple. You tell us what you need, we set it up, and off we go. You can make a few test calls, outside of your trial period quota, to make sure you are 100% happy with the flow and style of your Incus team. Once you are content, we will work to make your callers just as content.
During the test drive period, we will not ask for financial details, or any lengthy agreements to be signed.
Basically, you agree to a trial, we will do the rest. We will check in with you periodically during the trial, with call recordings, call reports including length of time to answer, length of calls and offer you observations from our side, and seek your valuable feedback.
After the trial, we will seek further feedback and agree what your next steps are, no hard sell. Should you wish to continue with Incus, we will share the simple contract with you and agree the terms together.
Incus operate seven days a week, between the hours of 03:00 to 22:00 EST, which is 09:00 to 04:00 UK time. Yes, we are open on Public Holidays including Christmas day and New Years day.
We can, upon agreement be available 24 hours a day
30 days. We offer a 30 day rolling contract, and you are free to change your plan (up or down to suit your trading season), or you may terminate with us, with no exit fee.
When we generate your account with us, one of the questions will be “how would you like your messages?” Most clients prefer them to be sent to a specific email address, but if you would like your new business callers to be directed to a specific team at your business, we can send it to a variety of email addresses that suit you.
We can determine the logic to make sure the right message get sent to the right department in the right manner.
